When using the Download link to view or download a document or Medline Plus/Patient Education link to download patient educational resources, the program will automatically open a new internet browser window. Most browsers (e.g. Edge, Chrome, etc.) have a pop-up blocker enabled which may block the document or lab order window from opening properly.
To edit pop-up blocker settings, please follow these steps:

Click the Settings and more menu, select Settings as pictured in Graphic 1 and 2 below.

Click Cookies and site permissions in the toolbar, then select Pop-ups and redirects (see Graphic 3 and 4 below).

Under the Allow heading, click Add (see Graphic 5 below).

In the Site box, type static.practicefusion.com and then click Add (see Graphic 6 below).

Google Chrome:
Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner on the browser toolbar, then select Settings (see Graphic 7 below).

Click the “Privacy and security” option on the left toolbar (see Graphic 8 below).

Choose the Site settings in the "Privacy and security" section (see Graphic 9 below).

In the Content section, click "Pop-ups and redirects” (see Graphic 10 below).

Beside the "Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects" field click add (see Graphic 11 below).
